Market activity has really picked up in the last couple of weeks as the weather has finally started to cooperate. April stats are in, and YTD dollar volume is up 11% over last year, with $28,176,371 in sales to date. Average price is $339,474 up 8% over same period last year. Days on Market has dropped to 151, down 22% over last year. New listings can't keep up with sales and inventories continue to drop, they are down almost 6% year over year. Quality listings are selling quickly, and multiple bids are becoming more common. If you are shopping for real estate in Harbor Country, make sure you are pre-approved.
