We have seen increased activity surrounding the Peninsula development since we had the big party 2 weeks ago. I wanted to take a moment to give you an update on the project. Lot 1 is under contract as of 7/29, this is the end lot with water on 3 sides, and close proximity to the soon to be built swimming pool. Pool permits have been applied for, and should be completed in the next couple of weeks.
The developers have removed the price increase from 60 Peninsula Dr, and it is back at $899,000. I feel this is one of the best deals available today in Harbor Country, and hope that one of my buyers takes advantage of this unique opportunity. The construction on 70 Peninsula Dr is nearing completion, and we will be replacing the renderings with a full set of new photos shortly.
