As fall starts to settle into Harbor Country, it is time for an update on the Peninsula at New Buffalo. There is much activity to report.
The first major development is that both 60 Peninsula Dr, and 70 Peninsula Dr are now under contract. These are the two spec homes that have been built on the site. This all happened very quickly and within the last week the developer has negotiated and accepted contracts on both properties. In other news two of the vacant lots were recently closed on, 10 Peninsula Dr and 90 Peninsula dr are now sold, and lot 80 is now under contract.
