I am happy to report that one of my clients jumped on that large lakefront price reduction highlighted in my last post. This client had been actively searching, and was prepared to move quickly. Closing is set for early July. The best deals in our area move very quickly! Activity has really picked up in the last couple of weeks, and signs point to a strong market this summer.
